Online Therapy Across Ontario

Something in your life no longer feels right.
You can begin again.

You're holding it together on the outside. But privately, something has shifted. Therapy can help you find a way forward that actually fits your life.

You've been carrying this alone for
long enough.

Maybe you've been telling yourself you'll deal with it tomorrow. Or that it's not bad enough to need help. You don't have to wait until things get worse to reach out.

Sound familiar?

01

It never used to be a problem.

A drink to take the edge off became two, then three, then most nights. You keep telling yourself you'll cut back. It never seems to stick.

02

You feel like you should be able to handle this.

You're responsible, capable, and used to figuring things out on your own. Which makes it harder to admit that this one thing has quietly taken control. Asking for help feels like failing.

03

Therapy didn't really help.

You've tried before. It felt too general, too validating, or the therapist couldn't really relate. You left wondering if therapy just wasn't for you.

04

You don't know how to change.

You know something needs to shift, but you can't picture what life looks like on the other side. The idea of change feels as frightening as staying the same.

05

Your relationships are paying the price.

Your partner, family, or friends have noticed. Maybe they've said something. Maybe they've given you an ultimatum. You're running out of chances to make this right.

06

You can't picture life without it.

Alcohol, cannabis, or whatever it is has become your escape. The thought of letting go is terrifying because you don't know who you are without it.

If even one of these sounds like you,

you're exactly who this practice was built for.

Why work with me

What I bring to the room.

01

Lived Experience

I've been where you are. My own recovery, over a decade of peer support, and professional training give me a perspective that goes beyond textbooks.

02

Practical, Not Just Theoretical

You'll leave sessions with tools and strategies you can actually use. This isn't therapy where we just talk and nothing changes.

03

No Single Path

I don't push one approach to recovery. We work together to find what fits your values, your goals, and your life.

How I Can Help

Areas of focus.

Addiction Therapy

Alcohol is often at the centre, but this work is about more than substances. If something in your life has become unmanageable, we can work on it together.

Support for Loved Ones

When someone you care about is struggling with addiction, it takes over your life too. You deserve support, clarity, and a chance at peace.

Money and Mental Health

Out-of-control spending, financial anxiety, and the shame that comes with it. With a background in financial advising, I understand the pressure and the patterns.

Stress, Anxiety, and Life Transitions

When the weight of daily life becomes more than you can carry alone. Practical support for the moments when everything feels like too much.

I've been on both
sides of this.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 18 years in corporate banking, including five years as a financial advisor. I know what it's like to carry pressure, perform at a high level, and quietly struggle with something you can't seem to fix on your own.

My own recovery changed everything. It led me to peer support, then to formal training, and eventually to this work. I bring that full picture into the therapy room.
